1. Services Offered

We provide real estate photography, drone photography, virtual staging, 3D tours, HDR photography, twilight photography, and real estate videography to help real estate agents, brokers, and property managers market listings effectively.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  
• Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
  
  
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  
  
• Reschedules due to weather or unavoidable situations will be accommodated fairly.
  
  

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon delivery of the final media files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours after the shoot.
  
  
• Larger or more complex projects (e.g., full video tours or 3D tours) may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

• The property should be photo-ready at the scheduled time.
  
  
• We are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or decluttering.
  
  
• If a property is not ready or accessible, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or delays.
  
  

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, etc.).
  
  
• We are not responsible for how media is used or interpreted by third parties once delivered.
  
  

8. Revisions & Edits

• Minor touch-ups (e.g., brightness, cropping) are included.
  
  
• Major edits or custom requests may incur an additional fee.
  
  

9. Updates to Terms

Reality Shots of New Hampshire may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the latest version.
